With the international break still going on, here is some news from the international game.

Sancho makes debut for Three Lions

Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho has lit up the Bumdesliga this season scoring once and making six assists, which is the most across Europe's top 5 leagues. He was rewarded a call-up for England makong his debut in their Nations League tie against Croatia which ended scoreless. Sancho is the first player born in the 21st century to make his debut for England. With Gareth Southgate looking to the new generation of England players in Sancho, Maddison and Mount, they're certainly trying to build a team for the future.

Germany experience Oranje whitewash

Germany have certainly not recovered from their failure at the World Cup as they lost 3-0 to the Netherlands. Goals from van Djik, Depay and Wijnaldum ensured a first victory for de Oranje against Die Mannscahft in 16 years marking a big improvement for the Netherlands under Ronald Koeman. With young players like De Jong, De Ligt and Bergwijn coming up plus the quality of van Djik and Depay, the Netherlands are making a rebound. As for Germany, their woes continue with more questions to be answered for Joachim Löw.

Nigeria put four past Libya

The Super Eagles recorded a convincing 4-0 win against Libya in their Nations Cup qualifier match in Uyo. While it is a poor Libyan side, the Eagles did what was required making it two wins from their three qualifying games. Odion Ighalo scored a hat-trick, answering his critics for his poor showing at the World Cup and Sani Kalu scoring a curler giving Nigeria. The interesting highlight from the game was Alex Iwobi who influenced the game from the No.10 role in the second half. That could be important for the Eagles with Iwobi being the prime creator in the absence of Mikel Obi which he showed on Saturday.
